Hannibal Man Indicted on Child Porn Charges

A federal grand jury in St. Louis Friday indicted a Hannibal man on child pornography charges.

42 year old Donald Ray Pafford is alleged to have had pornographic images of children on his cell phone that were obtained between December 30th of 2015 and New Year’s Day 2016.

Pafford was arrested by Hannibal Police on New Year’s Day, initially for public indecency.

Pafford is a registered sex offender, having pleaded guilty to endangering the welfare of a child in 2007.
