A report from a second victim means more sexual abuse charges for a Hannibal man.
Marion County Prosecuting Attorney David Clayton says 63 year old Robert Branch faces four new charges of child molestation in Marion County. The new charges were filed Friday and result from an alleged incidents from July of 2008 through July of 2013 at a Hannibal residence involving a female juvenile. Clayton says his office is working with the Missouri State Highway Patrol and that this new investigation is ongoing. Clayton says he
anticipates additional charges against Branch. Branch is being held in the Monroe County Jail. A preliminary hearing is set for August 28th in Palmyra.
