The Marion County Health Department sponsors the tenth annual "Happy Healthy Safe" Halloween Parade Saturday, October 25 in downtown Hannibal.

The parade begins at 6:30 p.m. from the Save A Lot parking lot at Grand and Broadway, travels east on Broadway and turns north on Main, ending at the Tom & Huck statue.

Healthy treats will be handed out. The purpose of the parade is to promote physical activity, and safety for the trick-or-treaters.
