Hannibal Baby Assault Case Continued

A Hannibal man accused of seriously injuring a seven-week-old baby was arraigned in Marion County Circuit Court Friday.

30 year old Dustin Dye’s case was continued to next Friday when a preliminary hearing will be scheduled.

Dye is charged with assault and child abuse. He is alleged to have injured his girlfriend’s baby while it was in his care last June.
