Four driving while intoxicated arrests result from a sobriety checkpoint last weekend on US 24 in West Quincy.

Missouri Highway Patrol Troopers and Marion County Sheriff’s deputies conducted checkpoint between 11 p.m. Saturday at 3 a.m. Sunday.

In addition to the four DWI arrests, troopers report five arrests for misdemeanor drug violations and two arrests on felony drug violations. There were also two arrests for drivers license violations and for insurance violations.

Troopers checked a total of 257 vehicles during the operation.
