Cooking Oil Slick on US 61

(HANNIBAL)—An apparent cooking oil spill on US 61 near Warren Barrett early Monday evening slowed traffic in the area for a while.  Emergency crews responding to the scene says they found a tube in the northbound lanes and a large slick of oil. MODOT poured sand to soak up the oil.
