Lewis County Circuit Judge Russell Steele Thursday granted a motion for a change of judge in the case of a St. Louis man who allegedly pointed a gun at another person on the Culver Stockton College campus in November.

19 year old Maxwell Webber is charged with unlawful use of a weapon, armed criminal action, attempted robbery and felonious restraint.

Webber is accused of pointing a handgun at a male student in the parking lot near Joe Charles Fieldhouse last November 29th.

Webber’s next court date will be set when a new judge is assigned.

Webber is in the Lewis County Jail on $50,000 cash only bond.
