Campbell Charged After Prostitution Investigation

A Galesburg man was formally charged Monday in connection with a prostitution investigation.

The investigation by the Adams County Sheriff’s Office and the West Central Illinois Task Force led Friday to the arrest of 27 year old Earl Campbell.

He was charged in Adams County Circuit Court with involuntary servitude of a minor, solicitation of child pornography and possession of child pornography.

The investigation also led to a juvenile being taken into custody who had been listed as missing/endangered.

A preliminary hearing for Campbell is set for November 1st.

He is in the Adams County Jail on $75,000 bond.
