Brink Waives Right to Jury Trial

(QUINCY)—A Quincy man facing criminal sexual assault and abuse to a minor charges waives his right to a jury trial.
51 year old Thomas Brink was charged Dec. 28.. He is free on bond. Adams County Circuit Judge Mark Drummond scheduled a plea date for April 12. Brink can either enter a plea or request a bench trial with the judge and no jury. Brink is ordered to stay away from the alleged victim since his arrest. He is also not allowed to have contact with children under the age of 17.
