A celebration of the early days of the American frontier takes place this weekend at the Mark Twain Cave Complex.

The annual Bear Creek Rendezvous features Native American culture in the early days of the 19th century.

The Standing Bear Council of Keokuk, Iowa will offer native music and dance, exhibits and demonstrations from 9 a.m. till dusk Saturday and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday.
