(HANNIBAL)—Monday brought another record high temperature for Hannibal and Quincy. The thermometer topped out at 90 degrees at 4 p-m Monday at the Hannibal Filter Plant. That tops the old record of 89 set in 2010. Quincy also saw a record high of 87. That surpasses the old record of 85 set in 1940.
