Hannibal firefighters were called at 10:43 Thursdya morning for a house fire at 909 Fulton.

The alarm came in around 10:45 Thursday morning. Fire crews arrived to find smoke rolling out from underneath the eaves and fire coming from the rear of the house. Within 15 minutes, firefighters were cutting into the roof to get at the flames. Traffic was diverted around the 900 block of Fulton.

Hannibal Fire Department officials say the house was owned by Debra Wilson and occupied by Wilson and her two sons. No one was home at the time of the fire.

Investigators say the cause is accidental and due to an electrical problem.
