7 Year Old Treated for Dog Bite in Hannibal

(Hannibal)--Hannibal Police report a 7 year-old girl suffered injuries after she was bitten by a neighborhood dog. 

The attack happened in the 200 Block of Quincy Street.  Animal Control Officers responded to the area around 3:30 Friday afternoon and seized the dog.

The victim received treatment for her injuries.  Animal Control Officers say the incident remains under investigation.
