A truck driver and a pedestrian escape with minor injuries in a crash in a construction zone on Interstate 72 in Pike County, Illinois at 7:30 a.m. Thursday.

Two are hurt, one of them an Adams County Sheriff’s deputy, in a three vehicle crash on southbound Interstate 172 at milepost 16 at 9:12 a.m. Thursday.

No injuries are reported after a car hit an Illinois State Police patrol vehicle on I-72 near Barry at 7:15 Sunday evening.
