This morning I saw a news report on holiday shopping. It mentioned that some Quincy Mall business owners are a little concerned about the upcoming season, now that JC Penney is no longer an anchor store at the mall.

Quincy Mall celebrates Halloween every year with their popular Mall-oween trick-or-treat event. In 2015, the mall is jumping on the pop culture zombie bandwagon and will be bringing a "kid-friendly" zombie apocalypse to Mall-oween.

The City of Quincy has made arrangements for four household waste collection sites around the city for private citizens of the city to use during this storm damage crisis through Friday, July 17. This will allow Quincy citizens to dispose of house waste and food waste only, absolutely NO YARD WASTE, trees or debris.
