Sometimes you just have to laugh at the advice of "experts". This is one of those times. A new ranking of the best and worst states to move to includes a warning about Missouri meaning you should never ever even think about it really.

For what it's worth, I'm not on board with all of the stay away from Illinois at all costs lists that occasionally get passed around the internet.
