New Hannibal HFH Home located at corner of North Hawkins and Rackliffe

Mark Twain Area Habitat for Humanity member Wayne Harbourn says the exterior of the vinyl-sided home located at the corner of North Hawkins and Rackliffe Street in Hannibal is nearing completion.
