Three Arrested in Hannibal Kidnapping, Sexual Assault
Three Hannibal men are arrested in connection with an apparent kidnapping and sexual assault. HPD officers were called to the Days Inn on Market Street about 2:30 p.m. Monday to check on the well-being of a female.
