A winter storm system dumped a healthy coating of the white stuff on northeast Missouri and western Illinois Friday night and Saturday morning.

The Quincy Memorial Bridge, that spans the Mississippi River between West Quincy and Quincy, is now open to traffic after being closed for five days due to flooding.

With winter weather bearing down on us, travelers will be under the gun to navigate safely. With that in mind, here are the important numbers and sites you may want to check for road conditions in the Tri-State area.

Water has receded from U.S. 54 on the Illinois side of the Mississippi River at the Champ Clark Bridge, and IDOT and MoDOT crews opened the road to traffic just a few minutes ago.  The bridge was closed last week due to flooding from the Mississippi River.
