Hurricane Francine

We now know for a fact that the remnants of Hurricane Francine will impact both Missouri and Illinois with rain. The question now is how much moisture will both states get and when will it begin? There are now accurate estimates.

It's odd to hear the word "hurricane" and "Illinois" in the same sentence, but the effects of current Hurricane Francine are expected to impact at least parts of Illinois if not the whole state by the end of the week.
