Quincy Police say a man wanted on multiple warrants is in custody following a foot pursuit late Saturday morning.

The suspect involved in the foot pursuit with Hannibal Police officers, Monday afternoon, is identified as 25-year-old Mark E. Foster, of Hannibal.
