Prosecutors in Missouri have accused a Texas woman of causing the death of another woman with an illegal cosmetic injection into the victim's buttocks.

The former pastor of a Florissant Baptist church is accused of taking more than $20,000 in church funds to pay off a woman with whom he was having an affair.

Police suspect a woman died from complications after receiving illegal, cosmetic injections in her buttocks at a hotel room in the St. Louis suburb of Edmundson.
