The City of Quincy is considering privatizing the collection of garbage and recycling instead of using the sticker program it has used for years. With that in mind, the City is going to hold two public hearings on the issue. The first hearing will be tonight from 6:30 to 7:30 at St. Peter's Church basement at 2600 Maine Street in Quincy.
