The Adams County Sheriff's Office and West Central Illinois Task Force responded to information that Karen Dromey, Kevin Dromey, and Emily Goodwin (all of Quincy) were involved in cannabis drug trafficking and conspiracy. The three were suspected of trafficking large quantities of cannabis from Colorado into Quincy and Northeast Missouri.
On Sunday evening, at about 6:57pm, Quincy Police received a call from a concerned citizen regarding suspicious activity in the 1700 block of Harrison Street.
