Of all the rivers in Missouri, the one I think that might be the most underrated is the Current River. I think I can prove that thanks to a cabin I found that sits next to it with the river quite literally at the back door.

If you really want to see the night sky at its finest, you need to get far away from city lights. I found a Missouri cabin that is kind of hidden away from civilization where this is possible and yes, the star views here are epic.
