Breweries

You just never know when you're going to walk into a place when the people there will start randomly singing shanty pirate songs. Never happen to you? Well, you obviously have never been to this place in Missouri.

Obviously not EVERY brewery can make the list of the Breweries in Illinois Worth Visiting, BUT how could these three amazing breweries not be on that list?!?

I have friends who spend almost all of their spare time exploring small breweries they've never heard of. If what I've just found is accurate, they need to road trip to St. Louis as one of their small brewers was just declared one of the hottest in America.
