Quincy Police are investigating an apparent hit and run incident in the 18th and Chestnut area.

Quincy Police are cracking down on seat belt use again. Police report 16 arrest Monday for not using seat belts. Seven of the arrests occurred at 18th and Chestnut. Nine arrests occurred at undisclosed locations.
