#1 Fast Food Mascot Has 84 Missouri Places (and It’s Not Ronald)

You could have given me 5 guesses as to who the number one fast food mascot is and I probably still wouldn't have gotten it right. No, it's apparently not Ronald McDonald, but the top fast food mascot does have 84 locations in Missouri.

Study Finds just shared a fun new ranking called Franchise Faces. They decided to determine who the best iconic character is that is the representation of fast food brands. How do you pick the top fast food mascot I ask? They say they compiled reviews from "10 expert websites".

I've already revealed that Ronald McDonald is NOT the number one fast food mascot apparently, so who would you guess? Take your time. I'll wait here...

Colonel Sanders of KFC. 

According to the official KFC website, there are currently 84 Missouri restaurants.

No offense intended toward the Colonel, but I'm legit surprised. The expert rankings apparently were impressed by how lovable the old man remains and they also were entertained by the many comedians who recently tried to portray him. I'll pass on their efforts, but I do fondly remember the original Colonel Sanders on the 1970's commercials. Love me some fried chicken. Yes, I do and many others do too based on this.
