Do you have a favorite color? Of course you do, right? I do also, but it's never made me a multi-millionaire like it did for one Missouri woman in Sullivan recently.

According to the Missouri Lottery press release, she chose to buy a lottery ticket for an interesting reason. “I choose (tickets) by how they look. It was the color of this ticket,” she said.

As she sat in her car and scratched the ticket at this small convenience store in Sullivan, Missouri, she realized she had won $2 million dollars.

“I sat in my car in disbelief, in tears,” she recalled. “I went to show my daughter the ticket and she said, ‘We better scan it!’ So we did, and it told us to claim the prize at a Lottery office.”

She said she's gonna keep working and doing what she normally does until she figures out what her life will look like once the $2 million dollars (minus taxes) is in her bank account. That's a lot of zeros on the left side of the decimal point with a crooked number and is certainly a life-changer - all because of her favorite color.
