St. Louis Coffee Place Shutting Down—But There’s Hope
I love sharing good news, but that's not always possible. In this case, I have both bad and good news to pass along. There's a beloved St. Louis, Missouri coffee place that has announced they're closing at the end of the month, but there is good news about what's to come.
If you've ever visited Road Crew Coffee & Cycles located at 3172 Morganford Road in St. Louis, Missouri, you know they have a very unique coffee and cycle vibe. They just shared a very curious update on their Instagram page a few days ago that announces they will be closing on September 1, 2025, but they won't be completely turning off the lights and locking all the doors either.
They will be handing over the reigns of that address to Upshot Coffee Flyby. This coffee place just debuted their own app a few weeks ago.
Will Upshot be able to continue the friendly coffee atmosphere that Road Crew Coffee had? I wish them well as it's a pleasant surprise to see a sad business closing include a new business opening as well.
