Inside One of Missouri's Least Expensive Houses in Hannibal

So many thoughts. First of all, yes, it obviously needs a very talented renovator. But, with the right vision, I could see someone making this home into something classic. Most homes this age end up having new cabinets, kitchens and bathrooms put in anyway, so much of the removal work seems to be done.

The asking price as of this writing is a mere $10,000 according to Realtor.com. Is it worth that? I have no idea. Back to my original thought. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. If you can see the beautiful potential in this Hannibal home and either are or know talented builders, could be a unique project.
