The NOAA Storm Prediction Center also has much of Missouri including the Hannibal/Quincy area in a marginal risk for severe weather during this period, too.


Translation? They really have no idea exactly where it's gonna rain, but it's gonna rain somewhere a lot. Get the umbrella handy for that Friday morning drive to work in case.
