A funny thing happened the other day in Iowa. A dog was spotted in a parked car which is not unusual. The fact that he was wearing shades and acting like he owns the place was slightly odd though.

This fun video moment was captured in Marshalltown, Iowa recently. The place the video happened makes it all the more entertaining. Here's the backstory from the video description:

I stood in front of the doors at the Animal Rescue League of Marshalltown, Iowa, for a good minute trying to figure out what the heck was staring back at me from a visitors vehicle. Was it a person? Was it a cardboard cut out? A stuffed animal? It was sitting so still, but looked so real. Was it really what I thought it was? Yes. As soon as the tail wagged, I knew it was an indeed a dog, wearing big pink sunglasses waiting very patiently for their owner (who ran inside for a brief moment.) Sure put a huge smile on my face the rest of the day.

Joe Cool has nothing on this Golden Retriever.

The fact that this dog was chilling in front of an animal rescue just makes it even more classic. For what it's worth, the animal rescue the video share is referring to is the Animal Rescue League of Marshalltown. They do great work helping area animals in need. The cool kids hang out in front of the place...or so I hear.
