If you somehow can't see the picture on your device, a band of green neon colors appear in a wave across the driver's license and it puts a hat of lights on Abraham Lincoln.

How can you see this hidden image on the Illinois driver's license for yourself?

All you need to do is shine a black light on it which will only cost you a few bucks if you don't already have one. It's probably worth having one of those things so you can check out the hidden things in the next motel room you book for you and yours anyway.
