This time of year, this is what many Illinois hunters daydream about. Multiple videos captured by one guy reveals a mammoth 10-point buck making his way quietly across a field in Illinois yesterday.

I'm not sure how good your Saturday was, but it probably wasn't as epic as Ethan La Due who captured not one, but two videos of what appears to be a 10-point buck (or maybe even more) navigating his way across a field in Illinois. There's no specific place in Illinois mentioned, just that it's in Illinois.

Here's another video of the same buck from Ethan's perspective.

This is the peak of the rut in many parts of Illinois as these big bucks are trying to make a mating connection. What begins in late October will continue all the way through November.

In the state of Illinois, we're in the bow part of hunting season while the Department of Natural Resources shows the firearms season won't begin until November 22 going through November 24.
