Again, how can you pick just one restaurant that has the best of ______? I mean that seems impossible, but somehow Love Food took on that challenge to find The Best Mexican Restaurant in Every US State. They named Mission Taco Joint in St. Louis as one of the best to try in Missouri. Open in 2013 in the Demar Loop, Mission Taco Joint takes freshness to a whole new level.

The restaurant takes inspiration from the Mexican-style cuisine of California (where owners and brothers Jason and Adam Tilford grew up), and diners love its breezy West Coast ambiance. Dishes like baja fish tacos keep customers coming back for more, while the 'corn off the cob', served with garlic-lime mayo and queso fresco, is legendary.

I have to say I've seen this restaurant and have always wanted to try it and not I really need to. It sounds amazing and the menu looks too good, and their margarita menu looks pretty darn good too. They have a little bit of everything appetizers, tacos, burritos, a kid's menu, and everything you would expect a "Best of Restaurant" to have.

I will be in STL in a few weeks, I might have to check this place out.
