(QUINCY)—An investigation into a previous disturbance leads to the arrest early this morning of a Quincy man on charges of DUI and resisting a peace officer.

Adams County Sheriff’s deputies say they went to an address on South 36th but found that the suspect wasn’t at that location. As they were leaving deputies say the suspect drove up.

Deputies say they ordered him to stop, but he fled the scene. The unoccupied vehicle was found behind a barn on Keller Lane and the suspect was found hiding in a brush pile.

24-y -ear-old Nathan Wright was taken into custody and taken to the Adams County Jail.
