Body Found in Mississippi River Near Hannibal Sent to Columbia for Autopsy

Authorities are trying to identify a body found floating in the Mississippi River near Hannibal.

The Hannibal Courier-Post reports that a boater discovered the body at about 2 p.m. Sunday along the Missouri shoreline.

The body was taken to Columbia for an autopsy.
