Workplace Award for Hannibal Regional Hospital

Hannibal Regional Hospital is recognized by Modern Healthcare as one of the best places to work in healthcare.

The 2017 award follows a sustained effort in the last three years to reach that goal. 150 employers nationwide and two other facilities in Missouri received the recognition. The assessment process includes an employee engagement survey and an employer benefits and policies questionnaire. "I always joke we do pretty well for a hospital in a cornfield" says Kimberly Rundquist is director of nursing for Hannibal Regional Hospital’s intensive care unit. Rundquist says one of the greatest benefits to working at Hannibal Regional Hospital is the people. "I had no idea I would meet so many amazing, strong, inspiring nurses, physicians. leaders and team members along the way."

Hannibal Regional Hospital will be honored at the 2017 Best Places To Work Awards Dinner this September in Las Vegas.
