The Cheers for the Kids fundraiser comes to the Cave Hollow West Winery at Mark Twain Cave Friday, April 11.

The evening, which includes wine tasting, music and food benefits children in need of speech and language therapy services which may not be covered by their school district or insurance company.

Enjoying good wine for a good cause is the goal of a fundraising event coming to Cave Hollow West Winery Friday, April 11.

ORIGINAL STORY:

Hannibal Regional Hospital Foundation and Hannibal Rite Care host a wine tasting at the winery they are calling, "Cheers for the Kids 2014."

The event runs from 5 to 9 p.m. Tickets are $20 each, which includes four wine tastings, appetizers and entertainment by Twain City Jazz. Also, a commemorative wine glass will be given to the first 100 attendees.

The proceeds benefit Hannibal Regional Hospital's Pediatric Therapy Services.
