Warrants were issued Thursday for two men in connection with a Monday afternoon incident in Hannibal.

The 10th Judicial Circuit Court issued warrants for felony delivery of a controlled substance against 19 year old Noah Ratliff of New London and 35 year old Britton Friday of Hannibal.

Ratliff was found unconscious in a vehicle in the Steamboat Bend Shopping Center Monday. Once he was cleared by emergency personnel, he was arrested on an outstanding city warrant. A search of Ratliff’s vehicle revealed a large quantity of methamphetamine.

The discovery of the meth in the car led to the arrest of Friday.
Both are in the Marion County Jail on $100,000 bond each.
