Video Game Expert Will Not Testify in Vincent Carter Murder Trial

Prosecutors have decided against having an expert on video games and violence testify during the murder trial of a Quincy man. An Adams County prosecutor told a judge he won't elicit the expert's testimony in the trial of 44-year-old Vincent Carter. He is charged in the January death of 53-year-old Terry Williams.
