Venue Change Granted in Pike County, MO Shooting Case
The case against a Pike County, Missouri man accused of shooting and injuring his wife is being moved to Marion County.
Judge David Ash on Wednesday granted a change of venue motion for Steven Rusher. He’s charged with felony armed criminal action, domestic assault and unlawful possession of a firearm.
Rusher is accused of shooting his wife in the forehead with a shotgun during an argument on August 20 at the couple’s rural Pike County home.
