UPDATE: Missing Monroe City Teen Found Safe

UPDATE:

A Monroe City teenager who had been reported missing Monday has been found safe.

The State Highway Patrol reports that 13 year old Caitlyn Marie Carey was located safe in Hannibal Wednesday morning, and the Endangered Persons Advisory issued Tuesday has been cancelled.

Carey had last been seen Monday night getting into a car with an unknown male in Monroe City.

Monroe City Police issue an endangered person advisory.
Police say 13 year old Caitlyn Marie Carey is missing following an incident at 401 Catherine Street in Monroe City. The incident occurred at 7 p-m Monday February 19. The advisory says Carey was last seen getting into a car with an unknown male. Carey is described as a white female, 5’4” 155 pounds with brown and blonde shoulder length hair, brown eyes and fair complexion. Carey has a small mole on her left cheek. She also wears contacts or glasses. Call 911 or Monroe City Police if you have information related to this endangered missing person.
