Unlawful Use of a Weapon

(HANNIBAL)-A Hannibal man faces charges of unlawful use of a weapon after Hannibal Police say he pointed a gun at a man trimming trees near his residence in the 200 block of Shepherd in Hannibal.

31 year old Kenneth Green was arrested Tuesday morning. Police reports state that Green was involved in a verbal altercation with a worker trimming trees and that Green displayed a handgun and pointed it toward the worker.

Green is held on 25-thousand dollars cash only bond.
