(BOWLING GREEN)--  A preliminary hearing has been moved to March 20 for a rural Bowling Green man accused of pointing a gun at a delivery driver and the Pike County sheriff. 54-year-old Leroy Roger Shinn is charged with two felony counts of unlawful use of a weapon.

He also faces the additional felony charge of leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident and a misdemeanor charge of driving while intoxicated.

Shinn allegedly pointed a gun at a Federal Express delivery driver and at Pike County Sheriff Stephen Korte at the suspect’s home along Pike County Road 132 on November 20th of last year. No shots were fired and there were no injuries.

Authorities say the alleged incident followed an accident involving the Federal Express driver and the suspect.
