Two Northeast Missouri Traffic Crashes

(HANNIBAL)—A three vehicle crash on US 36 at Route H six miles west of Hannibal at 3:55 Thursday afternoon injures four. The Missouri Highway Patrol says vehicles driven by 50 year old Jerry Toops of Revere and 61 year old Willis Bryant of Geneseo Illinois were stopped at the intersection when Toops overtook the Bryant vehicle and attempted to cross 36. His vehicle was struck by a truck driven by 46 year old John Muehring of New London. Impact pushed the Toops vehicle into the Bryant car. Toops and 45 year old Lisa Toops sustained moderate injuries. 12 year old Tanner Toops received minor injuries. Muehring received minor injuries.  All were taken to Hannibal Regional Hospital for treatment.

(EWING)—A rear end collision on Missouri 6 at Ewing at 4:50 Thursday afternoon results in minor injuries for a Ewing woman. The Missouri Highway Patrol says a car driven by 31 year old Barbara Sparks slowed and was hit by a car driven by 29 year old Neha Rama of Chesterfield Missouri. Sparks was taken to Hannibal Regional Hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
