Two Meth Related Arrests in Northwest Quincy

West Central Illinois Task Force agents report two arrests Wednesday in the 15 hundred block of North Fifth in Quincy. 

Agents used a search warrant at 1518 North Fifth Two residents of that address, 65-year-old David Speer and 37-year-old Tatiana Robertson were arrested for unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Speer is also charged with unlawful possession of stolen property. Agents say items consistent with the use of meth and a utility trailer were seized. Authorities say the trailer was reported stolen from the Basco area in September.

Court records show Speer was out on bond for a previous theft case involving another trailer.  Robertson is reported to be on probation from a 2013 meth related arrest.
