Two Malicious Mischief Arrests in Quincy

Caught on camera...Surveillance video results in two arrests for damage to plants in planter boxes around downtown Quincy in recent days. Quincy Police say an officer recognized 19 year old Donald Rowsey and 18 year old Breanna Patrick of Quincy in video supplied by a business owner. Rowsey and Patrick face malicious mischief charges.
