Two Juveniles Charged Following Hannibal Garage Fire

Two 12 year old juveniles face arson charges following a Sunday garage fire in Hannibal.
As Hannibal Police arrived, a witness advised officers that he saw a juvenile running from the structure and stating that he set it on fire. Officers located and arrested two 12 year olds from Hannibal at the scene. Both were questioned at the Hannibal Police Department by detectives and a juvenile officer. Police say one juvenile was released to the juvenile officer and transported to detention. The other juvenile was released to his parents. The fire shortly before 2 p-m caused extensive damage to a two car garage and one vehicle.
